Is anyone else having issue reaching their site?
« on: July 03, 2016, 10:25:20 PM »
My site has been inaccessible for over a day so far, but as far as I can tell, it isn't Lunarpages that is the problem. I'm in Oregon, and my trace route dies in Irvine or Los Angeles, last good stop was a Time Warner-owned IP address. According to Down Detector, TW has been having issues all weekend.

This is really frustrating, because I literally have no one to turn to, to see this issue addressed. It isn't LP's problem, and TW doesn't listen, especially not on a holiday weekend. Just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem, or if I'm stuck in the wilderness alone.

No problem here with accessing your page, ping, or tracert from New York. Either the problem has cleared up, or it's local to the West Coast. By the way, LP support tickets can be opened via email (support@lunarpages.com) or the helpdesk page -- phone support is only available during normal business hours. A lot of people seem to think that because no one picks up the phone nights, weekends, and holidays; that there's no support. Not true.

Yeah, it is a west coast problem only. My site updated Twitter and FB when it published an article I had preloaded for this morning. Unfortunately, there's no one to report this to. LP can't fix the internet, and Time Warner is a black hole.
