A resizeable page vs. 800x600...

Okay, I've been following along and I've been playing around with the design of my personal site. (layout, colors, and screen size).

I'd be interested to know what you guys thinks (particularly on the resize issue).

You're gonna run into 1200x768 differen things heheh.

I remember when gradient backgrounds were popular, you would make one that's 1000 px wide by 20px wide, and it would be fine...then 1000 px wide wasn't enough.  The gradient would show up again over to the right.  Stuff like that.  Just gotta see what you got and play with it.

What's the url of the site?

So i decided to go with 800x600... mainly because it worked best fo this particular site... though when I redesign www.ionadfilms.com I'll probably go with a resizable format.

Thanks,

Ben

Isn't there a javascript that can resize the browser size whether 800 x600 or larger? Question

Yeah, there are scripts which do that.

They really annoy me though.

I hate it when my browser gets resized to full screen. If I wanted it full screen, I would just maximise the window!

Then, Internet Explorer keeps remembering the size of the big window, and I need to put it back.

It makes me really mad!

Don't get me started on this... Rolling Eyes !
