Hi,
i have problem viewing german umlauts..
like ü, ß, ö Ü
i have tried
Content-Type: text/HTML; charset=iso-8859-1
and
Content-Type: text/HTML; charset=utf-8
even tried removing this tag as well..
but still not working..
would appreciate your help..

Double check what character encoding is being used on the PC you edit the page with. It needs to match whatever you declare your page to be. You can't just go trying <meta> this and <meta> that. If you can't figure it out, post here the DOCTYPE and <head> section of your page. Don't forget that you can also use HTML entities such as &uuml;, &szlig;, &ouml;, and &Uuml;.
