How display static saction in frontend through blocks? do any one have idea how to do that in magento .? Not Me Confused

For this , you need to follow the two things?
•   First create a .phtml file (with your contents)
•   Place the following block into your desired block in corresponding xml file.
      {{block type="core/template" name=”home.block”  template="sample/home.phtml"}}
