I have some software that is new to me. It is by Picture Pro. I need to get the header loaded with a jpg that I just worked up but am running up against a wall in doing so. I know this is not enough to get a good answer but I've got to start somewhere. I am using PS 3 for photo editing and using text. That is all fine and is done. Just sizing it is my problem. If I were 10 years younger it would probably be done without this question. Thanks

Sorry to bump this up but is there a solution for this yet?

What exactly is the problem being experienced? No photo editing software, including PhotoShop, can take a small image and greatly magnify it without it appearing either blocky or blurry. You have to start with a higher resolution image, or just plain re-do it if you completely synthesized the image.
