Hey I have Ver. 6.5 installed via cp and I am wanting to add another admin to my site but when I fill in all the info and hit submit it takes me to /nuke/admin.php but its a blank screen and it does nothing. Tried it several times but it wont let me create anymore admins.

Have you checked any of the numerous PHP-Nuke sites out there yet? First place to start would be PHP-Nuke
Also, just to mention, there have been quite a few fixes for the different versions of PHP-nuke and while its not a bad thing, version 6.5 is old, as 7.0 is the most current. In other words, there have been 5 versions (6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9 and 7.0) since the one you are using. You would probably be better off with the latest 7.0 or at least 6.9, which is still free. I use 7.0 myself, but 6.9 is fine too.
