Hello Peeps,
I’m trying to adjust my scroll bar on my site so they will only scroll the middle part of the web pages. Does anyone know how I can make this happen?? Check out the site, you should understand what I’m talking about if you scroll. I will be forever in debited to whomever clues me in on this ;oD

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but I think what you're looking for is to use frames.
In that way you only get scrollbars where you want.
