So i'm going to add a link on my video pages that brings you back "HOME" i recently discovered sinse i uploaded some new videos that you could dig yourself pretty deep within my site. And the Video pages on my site, my design is simple but flawed...

So if you were a first time visitor, and even perhaps came directly from another website viewing a video. Where would you like to have the link that sends you back for example http://www.blueglue.us/Music%20videos.html ? And is it necessary to add a another link for the my website start page aswell?

Here is a Video page

http://www.blueglue.us/Video%20pages/Devil%20May%20Cry.html

Let me know how you feel about it...  Very Happy

One of the oldest methods I've seen for this would be to use the javascript 'goback' function, which makes the browser go back one page in history. Of course, when I browse a site that's interesting I open in new tabs which renders that moot (not to mention javascript blocking extensions Very Happy). Otherwise you have to maintain links and keep track of a site map.

Hmm i dont think that script would work on my site though, sinse you dig yourself deeper within my video pages and the script backs you out to whatever page you came from "looked it up". So that should probably mean that whoever did that and tried it, will be stuck in some sort of never ending back out cirkle right?  Haha

The problem is not the outside source coming to me and not being able to return, no that's what a back button on a browser is for.  I just need to figure out the best way to present a menu or some buttons i dont know.. Something that will compell a visitor for more, if they happened to land on a video page.

Thanks DEddleman for the help.

If anyone have any suggestions please add... Thanks!
