Well I "fixed" this.  Disregard. I think.  Confused

My page was showing up hinky on IE8.  I think i have it fixed now but not quite understanding why.  Will have to check the other browsers to see if it is ok there.  The site is http://weavehouston.org/.  Appreciate any feedback if you visit the main page and the menus don't show correctly.  My main page menus were dropping partway down the page only on the main page (which is the only php page) on IE8, but showed up correctly on Firefox. The php page was also left aligned whereas none of the others were.  But it looks ok to me now.

I know it is not everything, but FWIW it validates.

Would like any feedback.

i dont click on links but i assume you have a nav bar on the left, you might try valign="top"  in your td on your nav bar...

Durangod,

Thanks for the tip.  I am not using tables for this.  I had an odd entry in my style statement on the page, but had the same one on my html pages and they all resolved ok.  Nevertheless, I got it displaying correctly and will check it out further in the other browsers when browsershots lets me do some more tests.

I appreciate your reply.
