Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm looking for a media manager application that is

*  web based
*  works with audio and images
*  allows creation of customizable photo galleries
*  allows indexing for media search.
*  gives HTML for web based playing of audio

Any suggestions?

I'm getting used to using my NMT, but theres still some things that make it more of a hobby and less of a necessity. I still havent been able to get an external USB drive recognized by the system, and I have given up on trying to find interesting content to watch from the media portal (only cranky geeks and DL.tv are long enough, and convenient enough to use daily). So for now, the system has been used primarily to download and watch BT content.

But my one request that I think would make the entire experience more fulfilling would be a web based media manager system. Something similiar to the bit torrent manager you can access from a browser. I'd like to be able to easily add and remove video and audio streams from a single common interface (likely by having places to copy/paste the URLs?). Something that I add via the web manager would appear/be removed from the extra slots available in the MSP.

The web manager should also have the ability for users to modify some basic system settings, including NMT themes, backgrounds, and fonts, etc. I think that would add a lot of value since its nearly impossible for a novice/intermediate IT person to really do any customization with the system.
