You'd have to ask support what happened -- did they remove files from your site, or was there a server crash and they failed to restore everything? Have you been ignoring warnings from LP that your files have nothing to do with your site? They don't allow you to use your site for data storage, PC backups, etc. not directly related to your site. It's difficult to tell with your broken English whether you had files that have disappeared, or you've been trying to add files but haven't been able to do so. If you are trying to upload files and make too many FTP connections too quickly, the system thinks it's under a Denial of Service attack and blocks your PC's IP address. You have to ask support to unblock you.

Thank for help,
I asked support of lunapages, but they don't enable me using my information (pictures, musics, ...) and they request me download to my computer if else they will delete them, and don't enable me up them again to my host.
I buy 300gb, my information up to my host is less than 40gb, why don't enable me using it ?

Part of the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy is that you use system storage (on the server) only for purposes directly related to your website. You can not use server storage for personal storage or backup of your PC or another system. It sounds like LP felt that you were uploading files that were not part of your website, and asked you to remove them. If you feel that these files are legitimately part of your web site, I would go back to support and explain the situation. Of course, you must also have the right to use these pictures or music (either own the rights to them, not just own a copy, or have written permission from the copyright owners).

You don't actually have a 300GB drive of your own attached to the server, for your exclusive use. Everyone shares the same disks, and you have some limit to how much you can store from your account. LP is counting on having very few (if any) customers even approach storing that much data (they couldn't afford to buy enough disks for every account to get 300GB). So does every other hosting service that permits some ridiculously large amount of (or even "unlimited") storage -- it's all part of the game. The whole computer industry is like that -- ponder monitor screen sizes or why hard disks are measured in "small" 10^6 byte megabytes rather than 2^20 byte megabytes (disks sound bigger that way) and that's before formatting and file system overhead!
