I tried calling customer support and they really didn't seem to understand what I was talking about... but right now a script on a2op02.com/public_html/pds-west/reviews/bounce.php is causing an infinite loop and each time the loop is executed it's adding an entry to a2op020_PDSwest.CUSTOMERS

For some reason this script is not getting timed out. in phpMyadmin I keep running DELETE FROM CUSTOMERS WHERE custName = 164407 every minute or so and it kills a couple hundred rows each time.

I've already fixed the script and reuploaded it, however the process running the broken script needs to be stopped by someone with access to the server.

Customer support told me to look around in here and post something if I cant find anything.

I already know that I don't have access to the server so I'm just posting.

I'm not sure how long the script has been looping but when I noticed the problem I had over 3,000,000 rows and only 47 or so should be valid.
