It seems like clockwork with Lunarpages. Every year they suspend one my sites, then apologize and reinstate it a few days later after trying like hell to get me to sign up for dedicated. I can't get anyone at support to respond so I'm hoping you can help me out. ticket number is  1757024 What is going on? I can't get into the control panel, email is dead and I'm losing money every second this is down. I did a dns flush and it will will not come up. If I got to mega proxy I can view the site. Why? How do I fix this?

I have a dedicated IP and and SSL cert on my account. I was assured I would be 'called' (as in 'on the phone') before any action was taken again. I know, it was urgent. The poor starving kids in Haiti were in jeopardy. Whatever.... I'm so sick of this *. This could finally be the straw that breaks it for me. I can't live like this anymore. I will have to move my last Lunar site off your servers and start living the good life.

I am very sorry to hear about your server side issues.  It appears your script was using more than it's fair share of server resources, and this was the reason your account was moved to the stabilization server.

I do see you were notified of the issue via e-mail/ticket, so I would suggest that you follow the instructions given there.  Also, please make sure you do not reply multiple times to the same ticket, before a response is sent back to you, because this will bump you down in the order of tickets being answered.  In most cases the ticket history should look like this:

Support > You > Support > You

Rather than:

Support > You > You > You

The server stabilization section of the help desk also has a longer reply time because server admins handle these tickets directly, and several issues such as server monitoring must happen before they can check to make sure you account is back down to normal.

Since you bumped your ticket down with multiple replies, I will see if we can get somebody to check out your ticket/issue - so that they can work with you to find the best resolution to your problem.  Thanks!
