I am very sorry to hear about your server side issues. It appears your script was using more than it's fair share of server resources, and this was the reason your account was moved to the stabilization server.

Also, please make sure you do not reply multiple times to the same ticket, before a response is sent back to you, because this will bump you down in the order of tickets being answered. In most cases the ticket history should look like this:
Support > You > Support > You
Rather than:
Support > You > You > You
The server stabilization section of the help desk also has a longer reply time because server admins handle these tickets directly, and several issues such as server monitoring must happen before they can check to make sure you account is back down to normal.
