I just purchased the ability to use an add-on domain, told c-panel to add the domain, and changed the name servers on my domain through my domain registrar.  I did all of this on Saturday.

Today (Monday)  if I try to access my newly added domain through the internet, I get directed to my original domain.  This seems to be acting more like a parked and/or sub domain?? Shouldn't the new domain have it's own directory?

I've gone through the forums and see allusions to issues with add-on domains and the c-panel administrator, but no concrete steps for a fix.

What do I need to do???

Should I be able to access the new add-on domain with my original ftp account??

The Add-on domain, I believe, should be pointing to a directory you specified.  Email support@lunarpages.com, give them the add-on domain name, and where you want it to point.

You can access the add-on domain with your regular ftp account by simply making the ftp host the addon domain, and using your regular username and password, or just ftp to your Lunar account and browse to the directory the add-on domain points to.
