I tried your link and it brings up your "under construction" page. Exactly what happens to you? Have you tried from another computer (different IP address)? If you were doing a lot of uploads or accesses in a short time, your IP address might have been blocked as a suspected Denial of Service attack. Open a support ticket and ask if your IP address has been blocked, and to unblock it if it is.

I will do just that... thank you.
However I'm just curious, why would this happened, I mean, nothing has changed out of the norm.

Been having similar issues with my site for a couple of days.Other people I have asked to check on my site say there is no problem, so I presume the problem to be with the path my data is taking via Time Warner Cable to get to my Lunar server.
A traceroute seems to suggest the problem exists on the network somewhere between LunarPages data center and Americanis.net.

I can't reach my website through my home connection. I use Time Warner Cable at home. TraceRt from home reveals a problem beyond Americanis.net. Traffic goes dead beyond that.
If I remote in to my work connection (Verizon T1), I can open my website without a problem. A friend in another town can open it too and he has Comcast.
Is it worth calling Time Warner on this or just wait it out? I need to update my website and I'm also concerned that my clients can't reach my website if they're on TWC.
Thanks!

If it's stopping at the entry to LP, it could well be your IP address being blocked. Open a ticket.

My IP was blocked - Lunar Pages report resolved my issue within minutes of me posting the ticket. Again, LP Support delivers!

I didn't think it was stopped at the entry point but within minutes of posting my ticket, LP support found it was indeed blocked and resolved the issue. LP Support is truly a joy to work with!

Is coming up fine and fast for me from here. For server side issues like this, you need to contact support@lunarpages.com or submit a help desk ticket to have this type of thing looked into. Other than testing to see if it is up or not, there isn't much more your fellow hosting clients can do for you on this forum. However the support team is just waiting in anticipation for the chance to check out your help desk ticket, and get you taken care of. Thanks!
