i am the admin of "www.hyiping.com"(other domain is "hyiping.net")
i can't open my site for one week!!

Check your .htaccess file inside of your public_html folder to see if there is anything in there that would cause problems.  I see your .com address goes to your .net address, and is set to look at index.php specifically.  Might also check the permissions your index.php file is set to, make sure it is 644.

you know that when your site limit my home page site,
 and i can't open it.
I am under the company's technical staff request to change the program,
they said within 24 hours of check processing, in the March 1.
But you know, now is March 4.
i am worried.
I was almost about to give up your company's host.
please check this ticket,thanks!!!!!

Ah OK, I see the script you had running on your account was disabled because it was using too many of the server's resources. 

On the ticket itself, please make sure that you do not reply to yourself over and over again looking for an update.  Only reply to a ticket once a support team member or server admin has replied back to you first.  By replying to yourself, you are bumping down your ticket in the order of those being answered.

I'll also ask the server admin monitoring your situation to take another look, to see if any of the changes you have made have caused the resource usage to go down.

It has been normal .

Every morning, when I open the computer, still can not open the site, I was so disappointed.
