dmi13ro, welcome to the Lunarforums - I passed your ticket along to the server admins, and they should be reviewing it as soon as possible.  In most cases though, please do not use the forums here as paging system to get your ticket checked into - might take a minute to check out the forum rules, to see what type of issues can and can not usually be handled here (for future postings).

Thanks for your time, and I hope to hear they get your issues sorted out ASAP.   Applause

Issues where server stabilization are involved are very difficult because the server must be continuously monitored by a team of experts to make sure that the changes you have made will positively impact the server you are hosted on.  While they do work to make sure your issues are taken care of as quickly as possible, they must also weigh the impact your current account usage is having on the other customers hosted on the same server.

Looks like earlier in your ticket your were replying to yourself over and over again, which can bump down your ticket in the order of those being answered.  Please make sure that you do not reply to a ticket, until you have been responded to - since we answer tickets in the order of those that have been there the longest, based on the last reply.

Hope that helps to explain, and if you have any other questions - please feel free to PM me.  Thanks!
