i was trying to use an animated gif but it did not load.it was the same as i am using now but an animated gif not a jpeg.
also it was 127KB.

any suggestions on how not, why not? etc
(is 127KB too big?)

Hi,

250kb is the file size limit for free accounts so you shouldn't really have a problem. Can you provide the url to the page where you're trying to display the animated gif? Only reason I can think of right now is that the filename doesn't match.
