Since moving to mars from neptune, I have nothing but headache. Now the stats work fine, but the old address, mrsg.lunarpages.com now redirects to lunarpages.com! (It's much nicer than the old "account suspended" message, but still...)

I have regular stats now, but my visitors have effectively been cut into half. I know it's late and it's not yet morning at your side of the world.

When you guys wake up and have refreshed yourself, maybe you can at least not redirect the homepage to something else?  "[biggrin]"  A 404 message will be nice if nothing can be done, but really, at this moment my visitors think that I haven't paid my bills and my website has been cancelled.

I hate it when I lose up to 60% of my regular visitors in one day.

Max,

I live in Singapore. I can't call Lunarpages.

Two, my problem is still unresolved. To be blunt, redirecting mrsg.lunarpages.com to lunarpages.com is just tacky. It's been more than a day after I have opened support ticket at support@lunarpages.com and frankly, I'm getting fed up.

Mrsg,

Please understand the dns have to propagate whenever you do a dns change. Thats something we have no control of. That is how the internet works.

Your domain name was changed just moments after your request. But it might take up to 24 - 72 hours for it to show up for you. As your local ISPs have the dns records cached.

For me, that did not have the dns records chached, the change was immediate.

Both of your domain names resolve perfectly to 66.250.155.30.
