So... i own danilo.com.mx and i cant access it from my office or home...

It works fine using a proxy... seems anyone can see the page but me... like i've been blocked or something... the thing is that I already called tech support and they keep saying i haven't been blocked...

I have 3 other domains pointing here... diweb123.com --- i can go 2 the webpage without a problem  tarjetiux.com - everything ok - manantial.org.mx - no prob...

And since the main account is danilo.com.mx I cant access it, i cant FTP to it... and obviously cant go to my add ons...

It's an exclusive problem with my computers... HELP PLEASE!

Submit a help ticket asking if your IP address has been blocked. If your were doing a great deal of access from your PC in a short time, the system security software may think your site is under a Denial of Service attack and will block you.

if you can access the add on domains but not the primary domain, I would suspect that security software on your systems is the problem.
