Do Lunarpages apache servers use CGIWrap or suEXEC when executing from scgi-bin?

I have seen conflicting information. The cPanel manual refers (and links) to the CGIWrap program that is used when the "Simple CGI Wrapper" is enabled. But I have also seen a post in the forums saying that suEXEC is used

Anybody got a definitive answer?

Thanks
Ian
