I currently have a site (oacsalumni.net) hosted somewhere else and I would like to host it through my lunarpages premium account as an ADD ON DOMAIN.  I don't want to terminate the current hosting until I have all the files setup properly on lunarpages.  Then once that happens then I plan to change the nameservers at my registrar.  The thought is that as the change propogates thoughout the internet, both hosting areas will be up and running with identical files so that no visitor will experience downtime.

How do I get the add-on domain to add through CPANEL?  It keeps giving me an error related to the Nameservers that are setup at my registrar (i.e. the 4 ips listed are the Nameservers for my current hosting):
---------------------------------------------
Addon Domain Addition

Domain already exists, it was not added.

Nameserver ips for oacsalumni.net are: 66.218.71.205,64.58.79.83,209.132.1.20,209.132.2.20 Sorry, a DNS entry for oacsalumni.net already exists, please delete it first

oacsalumni.net has been setup. It can be accessed via the subdomain oacsalumni.wnyhost.com . Ftp access has been granted with the username xxxxxxxxxxxx  and the password xxxxxxxxx.

----------------------------------------------------

Any Ideas - I've already emailed support, they wanted me to give them more specific instructions on what they should do.  I am confused on what to tell support in order to resolve this.

Update on my own post:

Last night, support deleted all the entries in their DNS for oacsalumni.net and I tried to add the domain this morning and got the error below.  I'm not sure what it means "Domain already exists, it was not added.".  If anyone else has had similar experience with this, any help would be greatly appreciated!

The instructinos say to only add the newdomain when the DNS settings have been setup to point to lunarpages.

Maybe, you could setup a temporary subdomain, and use that to check the site, and then move over the domain when you know its up and runnig.

I had a similar problem adding my parked domain, but once support deleted the DNS entries, all was well when I added it again.

Same here.  I had had to wait for the domain to propagate.
