I tried to register for 1 year of web hosting and had issues with the address of my credit card billing being different than the address I entered into the form. It wasn't so I figure you are having problems with it.

I tried a few variations of my address using apartment number and abriviations and that still didn't work, and it turned out that for my 4 FAILED attempts at registering your wacky setup charged my card for every one, even though the page told me it didn't work...

1-877-lunarpages doesn't work on my cell for some reason and I want to get this resolved/get my hosting up. So, if someone could give me contact info to get this resolved (other than that number) that would be great.

From the information at www.lunarpages.com , under support, I would recommend you use billing@lunarpages.com

I think that's probably the best one.

If you need help setting up your account, try e-mailing support@lunarpages.com with a description of the problem and you should get some help.
