Hello damzz,

The only reason your account would get suspended within 3 days of sign-up is if  you are violating the Lunarpages Terms of Service (TOS) (http://www.lunarpages.com/legal/).  Perhaps you can share with us what the exact issue is, and then we can try our best to help you.

Lunarpages management decides who gets customer support and who doesn't.
This post will be moved to the Feedback forum so that people who are thinking about using Lunarpages won't be able to see it until they log in. By then, it's too late, they have your money.
Do a Google search for Lunarpages, see what people say.

Support is provided to all customers. We want all accounts to work properly for their users while also not degrading service for others sharing the same server. We have been in business since 2000 and that does not happen by not supporting our customers. As far as Googling, do that for any company including any webhost and you will see similar sites. Please keep in mind you are only seeing one side of the story from posts here or elsewhere on the Internet.

For issues with blogs, enable caching and check your plugins. Be sure all plugins are up to date and you only keep those you are actually using installed. There are some plugins and also some themes that are just very resource intensive. It can also be caused by page errors among other things. Feel free to ask our techs to check your stats as you work on the issue. Stats are cumulative over a 24 hour period and reset around midnight so changes won't show immediately.

Hello there, I would advise you to keep your calm as getting angry won’t be able to solve the problem. In fact, I believe that there will be a good explanation for this. And believe it or not, I am on your side. Everybody deserved an answer and a respond from customer service as well. in fact, I guess our administrator would love to hear the whole process of what happened. Be it important or not, let us know all the details, big or small. That would help.
