I am in the process of switching web hosts...
I have been anxiously awaiting the day when the DNS would switch over to the new service(lunar pages).

So the other night while at work I went to my site and behold...the new site that I had uploaded with lunar pages was up and running....
I was very excited about this

so I went home and checked my site again, and much to my surprise the new site I had uploaded was gone, and the old one was there

I dont know what happened....I've been waiting a couple of days for the DNS change to go through.

Im waiting for this...
http://pegasus.lunarpages.com/~benleo2/
to become this...
http://www.benleonard.net

it worked for a short while...and now it doesnt
maybe my DNS is just a tease...

Works fine for me too.

People in different parts of the world or using different ISP's can see the old, or the new website, depending on if their DNS servers they are using have updated yet.

It can take up to 72 hours to completely update.

It works from where I am too though, in the UK.

everything is great except for the fact that I cant use "benleonard.net" to upload to....I have to use pegasus.lunarpages.com

it works and all...no complaints...
I just thought that I would be able to use "benleonard.net"
but I can update my site so that is all that matters

Now that the domain pointer has propagated, you can use "benleonard.net" as your ftp host.
