Does the more expensive account get better download speeds? Also, what are the details of your money back guarantee policy?
Thanks,

Hello,

All accounts have the same download speeds.

Regarding the money back guarantee it is within the first 30 days of service should you wish to cancel that you will be refunded the hosting portion.  Any setup fee or domain name purchase would not be refunded.

Thank you for the response.
Can you sign up for the 1yr. of hosting that has no setup charges and still get the 30 day money back guarantee?  Or would we have to do one month w/ setup fee and then switch to 1yr. contract? Also where are the servers located.
Thanks again
RSW

Hello,

There is no setup charge for our 12 month hosting, and the money back guarantee applies to all of our plans.

what if someone after 4 months wants to cancel his account, will you give him the rest portion money for the year he paid already? i think thats whats called money back gurantee..

if not then you should explicitly mention that its 30 day money back gurantee only
