Twice in one month. The first time I had no website or email for a week. Lets see how long it lasts this time...

The first time concerned major hardware issue which could not be foreseen and required a migration to new hardware. I know it was very frustrating for all of us. Tonight, the server became unresponsive and had to be rebooted. Our techs are investigating. All services should be functioning at this time.

So just curious to those previously affected by the Dylan downtime at the beginning of the month. Anyone get any refunds? I sent an e-mail to billing yesterday and asked about a refund. I mentioned that I may want to cancel as well. Their response. Cancel.

Wow, this is incredibly poor customer service. You guys were in the wrong on how you handled the downtime. And the concept of wanting a refund for your mistakes. Oh the horrors. Proving to be quite the top notch company, aren't we?

Afraid that is not something we can help you with here.  These forums here are not for official Lunarpages support.  If you are unhappy with the situation at hand, I would suggest you contact feedback@lunarpages.com to let them know.  Thanks!
