I cannot access one of my clients websites via the http nor FTP. Is Egoi server experiencing problems?

I also logged in to their account and see that in the network status everything is supposedly working fine as of 2011-06-23.
Server Status
Server:   EGOI
Status:   All servers are awesome.
Time Added:   2011-06-23 10:09:48

It's August 1st. Why do you even bother having this notification in the accounts if they aren't accurate and their not being updated? Not complaining, just askin!

Just tried to get to the control panel and I'm getting an error that the Firefox browser can't find Egoi.lunarmania.com

But I would like an answer to my question about your server network status.
