The paths for Imagemagick:

/usr/lib/ImageMagick
/usr/local/lib/ImageMagick
/usr/share/ImageMagick

For mogrify:
/usr/local/bin/mogrify

I tried the above paths, but it gives me an error.

My apologies.. The reference I was using was incorrect.

When using ImageMagick to convert files you need to use the following path: /usr/local/bin/convert

The executable parts of ImageMagick commands in:  /usr/local/bin/

I tried to cut and paste each path into my config.php seperately and it's a no go.  Sad
