I've sent info@lunarpages.com an email for help, but still recieve no replies, therefore, i write down my questions here. Hope someone could give me the answers.

I would like to get ur HOSTING PLAN, but i really have to find out the answers of some hosting questions and make sure something are allowed here. They are,
 
1. Could i write email to you by using CHINESE (trandition big-5)? My ENGLISH ability is so poor. Typing CHINESE is easiler to me.
 
2. If i choose Standard Plan (annual), after one month, i find another one, Premium Plan, is more appropriate to my website, and will like to change the plan to Premium Plan. Could i change it after a period of time? And what should i do?
 
3. If i use the sub domain "myname.lunarpages.com", after i finish that online register, when can i start to use your service?
 
4. Could i use my own cgi, php or asp scripts about forum or chat room?
 
Your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot!

I can answer all your questions except one, but somebody else will come and answer it for you.

As for the others:

Yes, you can change at anytime simply by sending an email to support@lunarpages.com.

If you pay with a credit card, your account is usually active and online within hours, sometimes within minutes.

Could i use my own cgi, php or asp scripts about forum or chat room?

The answer to this last one is a very big YES!   "[Wink]"  

I cannot answer your question about the language, but I'm sure somebody will, very soon.

thanks for your reply.
and i am very very sorry that it got a hurry to make a decision for me to get one appropriate host to my website, therefore, i just choosed another webhost provider few hours ago  "[Frown]"
BUT i really prefer to yours...WoW... feel so sad. i just got a one-month plan host, however, i would like to change to yours after 1 month  "[Smile]"
