FIrst off: big thanks to everyone on the forums! Searching past threads told me to work with LP support directly to make the necessary changes to run Google Apps on my domain.
Question: is it possible/expected to "mask" the URL string when using Google Apps to show only the domain name? Is this supported by Google Apps and/or LP?
Example:
* I've set up example.com in Google Apps
* I've enabled Documents to use the custom URL (docs.example.com)
* LP support responded and updated DNS for docs.example.com to point to ghs.google.com (per Google Apps instructions)
1. I go to docs.example.com
2. I get redirected (by LP DNS) to Google Apps authentication (
https://www.google.com/a/example.com/ServiceLogin...)
3. I log in to the Google Apps account
4. I get redirected (by Google Apps) to
https://docs.google.com/a/example.com/Is there any way to mask the URL accessed in Step 4 above to continue to show "docs.example.com" while using the Google Apps (Docs) interface? If that is supported by Google Apps, is it a change that should be done from LP's side?
