In brief: this will speed up any site, make it more reliable, is free, and helps keep comment spammers away.
If you're not already using a CDN (content delivery system), or know what one is, check this out. I started using CloudFare recently, but I'm sure there are many other options, but these guys look good:
https://www.cloudflare.com(and no, I don't work for cloudfare or get commission or anything, just a happy customer)
Google is starting to offer a CDN service too:
http://code.google.com/speed/pss/Basically all you do is change your domain register DNS records to point to CloudFlare, and they do the rest. Your website is now copied onto their servers throughout the world, making access to your site faster to your visitors. They also offer some security features, blocking known spammers.
Oh, and if your sites gets "popular" one day, like makes the front page of digg, reddit, slashdot, etc, you won't crash your little LP server...
Again, I'm a little new to using CDN, but so far they've been great and made my site load faster and almost no comment spam.
I'd love to hear comments from others who have maybe been using a CDN for a while, or other thoughts on it.
And you still host your site with Lunarpages as you've been doing, just change your DNS records and bingo you're done. Check out their site and the video they have for a better understanding.
