Did you put the files in the public_html folder? Also make sure to delete any-other index.htm/html/php/ or default.htm/html/php/.

Could you give us the primary domain name for the hosting plan you are having issues with?  Also, what tools are you using to create/edit your web site?

sys-keylog.com

I am returning my former supplier. This has given me problems.

I have written to billing@lunarpages.com, support@lunarpages.com and they do not answer
Also I have opened a ticket and they do not answer.

sys-keylog.com
Comes up fine for me. It's a Spanish-language catalog of some sort? If you still don't see it, either the DNS update has yet not propagated to your ISP, or you need to clear your browser cache.

Did you get a ticket number in response? You should only open one ticket.

Alright, I narrowed your four tickets down to one, and sent your issue over to the retention department to be reviewed.  Thanks!

Have you tried to clear your web browser's history/cache to make sure your not getting bad results?  Also you might try doing a trace route to see if your request is going to Lunarpages when you try to pull up the domain name or where ever it was previously setup.

Already it had erased the cache, and the tracing this one well

 sys-keylog.com (does see)
 sys-keylo.com/index.htm (does not see)

It does not exist (public_html): home.html, home.htm, home.php, index.php, index.html, default.php, default.html, default.htm

Hi,

Try adding this line to .htaccess :

DirectoryIndex index.htm

Your site will load without issue from the temporary url after this : IP/~username because currently the domain isn't using our nameservers  Very Happy

After adding the line yo .htaccess just change nameservers to :

   ns1.lunariffic.com
   ns2.lunariffic.com

and everthing will be fine.

Hope it helps  Yep
