Few days a go Lunarpages sent an email telling me that my account is suspended. The reason of the suspension is my sites/scripts cause such high processing on the server. Then I asked what I must do to fix this, over 20 hours later I got a response from Lunarpages notifying me that some scripts stored in my Public_html might cause the major problem for the server.  Therefore I was told to review the installed scripts on my root directory to reduce resource usages on my account, upgrade the script versions and plugin to the newer versions, removing the unused scripts and folders. Then I followed the suggestions, I removed the unused scripts and folders, but I couldn't upgrade my web scripts as I was unable to access my WP Dashboard (most of my sites are wp-based) to make upgrade.

As the follow up I answered the email explaining the situation and what I have done. But until now I have not received any response from LunarPages, and time is ticking, it's been 4 days my account is suspended and consequently all my sites stored there inaccessible by visitors. This situation is very inconvenient for me. Therefore I decided to write on the forum, as email-exchange does not seem to be helpful.

Regards

Unfortunately, there is no one in the forums that can help with this. Our forums are for users to help other users with design and script issues, etc. This sort of issue must be worked out with our techs through your ticket. It cannot be discussed or handled here. A tech has been notified of your ticket reply.

You have many many options... numero uno in your situation is to use either the US or European freephone telephone numbers...

Ive been suspended for this before, and had the issue resolved promptly. Please try the most appropriate direct channel to lunar, ive never seem them delay, especially when their aware of an issue.

Ive been a loyal customer for 7 years and have allways been impressed by lunarpages ability to sort out whatever is wrong. Its not that i dont belive you, but when the situation is as critical as you mention. Pick up the phone and call the support staff directly.

I've never been suspended or anything (I run a tight ship) but the times I have needed support they were there for me.

Years back I was booted off because I had an incredibly huge site (9 million visitors a month) in which case I ended up going for a co-located dedicated server. After that I went right back to lunar because I felt comfortable with them.

Toll free number or not, if my site went down for more than 6 hours I would be on the phone talking to someone directly.

The advise by StonedRoses is bang on.

As the others have said, a phone call is the best way to resolve things going forward. If you're unable to do what they want to get your account back in order you may have to upgrade it
