And not funny, ha ha.  It's about inserting a media file.

I maintain SierraChamberOpera.org for a non-profit group. I always use the HTML editor in the c-Panel to take care of the website.

Since they perform opera, I've been uploading music files and putting them up on the site for a long time now. But this time something weird keeps happening.

I've uploaded all 8 tracks I need to post. I've gotten all 8 tracks in my public_html/Audio/GGJGaudio/Cast Recording folder. From that folder I've managed to post 7 tracks, by using the Insert/Edit Media Object button. When the popup opens I search the media and locate the uploaded files. All but one (1) are visible. The other doesn't show up at all, so I can't insert it to the media object player.

I've tried changing the file name. I've made sure the extension is MP3. I've even taken the original .cda file and converted it to .mp3 again, thinking maybe something was wrong with the first conversion.

But nothing is working!

And when I try typing the html code in manually, it STILL doesn't seem to find the file. I see the file every time I open public_html/Audio/GGJGaudio/Cast Recording. It's sitting right there. But for some reason the HTML editor isn't seeing it.

Anyone know how I can solve this problem?  I would be VERY grateful!

Wow, was going to look at site to see what you were talking about but all I get is HTML code.  Maybe a momentary thing or are you in deep trouble?
