Please can someone help me i cannot install Joomla_1.7.4-Stable-Full_Package when it gets to the 6 (configuration) stage it does not proceed please i need to make the site running so i need a help to fix the problem..

I cannot also upload any file it keeps on giving me
 Server Error
 404 - File or directory not found.
 The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
