Help!

Over the past week, my customers and I have been getting intermittent "Internal Server Error" replies back when accessing HTML and PHP pages.   When we do a refresh on the page, it would always come back with an okay reply.   None of the pages have changed recently.

I went to the Error Logs on my Control Panel and discovered several of the following similar messages:

[Wed Oct  5 00:47:03 2011] [error] [client 80.254.146.84] (12)Cannot allocate memory: couldn't spawn child process for: /home/chung3/public_html/showmyalbum//jeffturnbull/richard-jason/preview.html

I emailed Support, but got the following response...which doesn't really help:

"When you are getting that error it means that too many resources are being used at that time and the cloud linux (Linux now used on our servers) is stopping you when it does. "

This is not happened before in the past, and I don't think there has been any extra load on our end.   Server is located on cunina.

Any help is appreciated....customers are starting to complain.  Sad

Did you read this post about using a CDN to offload your server resources and make your site faster?  Sounds like you're the perfect person (anyone is really) for a CDN:
