Right now from what I do know, this is not a server problem.  It is a problem with the network provider, who sends the signal out (would be the simple way of putting things).  As mentioned above as soon as I get word about anything, I promise to pass it back to you as soon as possible.  Thanks to you all, really do appreciate it.

I phoned 562-697-8106 and its  up to the minute recording says its not a server issue its a data center issue and they hope to have it fixed shortly

If they're so rubbish, why don't you change? I've been down around 10 times in 9 months...

*You know, I bet if more folk would follow Lunarpages on Twitter (http://twitter.com/lunarpages) it would make it expedient for LP to post network updates that would prevent many threads like this from occurring  Yep)

Yeah, Mitch, thanks for the updates on the situation.

It gives me a sinking queasy feeling to wake up and see my stuff is down but it sounds like someone is on it and the problem will hopefully be resolved shortly.

Here is a little more technical information:

Our riverside datacenter is experiencing network issues. Our providers are working on getting this fixed. The Los Angeles, Las Vegas and San Diego datacenters are not affected.  If your already keeping an eye on this thread here I would suggest not calling in, as this will be as much as they can tell you via the phone right now too.

Anybody reporting issues with calling in, it is probably due to the high traffic of calls coming in about this issue right now.

As always, as I get the updates - I'll pass them along to you here.
