Plese tell me if it is posible to have a discussion forum on your site or at least the mailing list to be accessible from the site for the users like yahoogroups - or something.

-mailing (Mailman) list language is english,and since not your personal i think you can't change.
/I also like to change for my site,and i got translation,but as i think this required to setup another (Mailman) by Lunarpages but with different language/but i can live with the english version.

-webmail (Neomail) supports 17 language
-webmail (UebiMiau) supports 6 language

-forum language
My forum is phpBB,you also can install this,very easy,lots of language supported,even the forum admin part also translated.

However you can use the forum engine provided by Lunarpages,the setup very easy.
