Sorry, from reading through the documentation, it seems to me to be a security risk having it installed.  Anything that is to do with mail and requires to be compiled into perl, that allows inclusion of java script etc, to me is a big no.  No doubt Max will give more feedback, as I am only going from the readme file of the file and I don't like what I have read.
