I am really having a tough time.. the server muffin is being worked on for the past 2-3 days and all my websites are down for most of the DAY... I am not able to send mails, view websites. my clients are bouncing on me to !!!!!!!!!

THIS is not done...

I am really * off

I am also on MUFFIN and I experience problems with all services. Nothing works!! emails, ftp, cpanel!!
Our primary domain is down for more then 4 hours already.
NO REPLY or HELP from support team.
Really really frustrating.
What we can do Huh Any ideas???

The issues on Muffin are still in the process of being corrected. Hopefully thing should be stable soon.  Thanks!

After more than 6 hours of no emails no ftp no website .....


STILL no reply from SUPPORT no reply anyone !!!!!!!!

There is no exact ETA at the moment, however the latest word is that they have applied a filter to help with some on-going network issues that have been effecting performance.  As soon as we get any new word on it, will be happy to share here. Smile

everything will be ok now as I know, I have a website on LP 1 year ago and more than 5000 visits everyday and to be honest this i the first time to see this delay, Although I lost my customers for today but still trust on LP ...

I hope everything will be ok now

THERE aint no relief as of yet...

sites works some time sometime not.... i am even not able to access my cpanel on that server .............


I AM STARTING to LOSE MY TRUST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    ITS MORE THAN 1 DAy ... I am also using LP for more than 1 year now !!!!!!!!!!!!!

muffin has been under attack recently. At this time, it is not responing. Techs are investigating.

I am on muffin and currently all my services are down. Our store not working almost few days now. We lost hundreds of dollars.

The server is under attack. Attacks usually occur from thousands of address from compromised computers and server. Our techs are doing all they can to stop the attacks. At this time, the primary IP is being changed on Muffin to cease the DOS attack against the current address.

If you are saying that muffin is under attack why I received just few hours ago email from support that everything is OK and all the issues were resolved (which is obviously not true!) ?

Attacks are not one continuous event. They attack one way, we respond and stop it, they attack another way or from different IPs, we respond and stop it, etc.

So what is your advise?
If this server is under attack almost each day and all our services are down for many hours what we as your customers have to do? We can't run online business on such server. We have to change hosting provider or what ?
I really don't understand what is the solution.
