This is not an issue with the server equipment and not something that happens a lot to this server. Internet attacks happen no matter what server you are on or where you host. There are bad people out there with nothing better to do than cause issues for others. Please be patient and hang in there. Our techs are doing everything they can to stop it. Usually, changing the IP address helps considerably but it is not something we do lightly and only done when absolutely necessary. You have to move all the websites in that infected server (Muffin) to another one until The attack over... we really appreciate what you guys are doing but also we don wan to lose more , and yes I am here for more than 1 years and that doesn't happen ever , but as it happen, you must find a solution , temporarily one .... Please Move sites to another server if it is really possible to do and finally , we still TRUST on YOU

ya, 1 of my sites is on muffin and to be honest this is the 1st time i experience such problems with LP, using ftp is perfect with me.....it seem now the situation is really difficult, hope we will hear some good news asap

Thats something i have deal like daily.. i even had to move a company website to another host because of EMAIL problems

Server attacks.... WELL this big a hosting company ... with reputation of many years ... with a lot of different servers.... HAVING an Issue with ATTACKS !!!!!!!!!
Thats a little hard to digest..... I never thought LUNARPAGES will be this unprepared for some ATTACK on its server... WAKE UP !!!! We are losing our money here... WHO IS GONNA REPAY !!!!!!!

Hi yevgenik, sure there are some prob in other hosting companies too but for me it is my 1st prob with LP hosting...... Hope we will hear sth good from the staff asap

If it takes so long to take care of this problem your tech team is obviously NOT prepared to deal with such problem. This problem exists for more then 2 days already. This is outrageous!! You are ruining our business!

The reasons i didnt leave LP completely : A) i have already paid for 2 years .. and have 15 months remaining B) the problem earlier was just with one website others companies were not requiring such problem No i am not facing problems with other companies .. like *other hosts*

PROVIDE US WITH NEW NAMESERVERS WE WANT TO SWITCH TO OTHER SERVER....

IP on Muffin has been changed. it looks like domains are still updating. We cannot move any accounts while this issue is going on.
