I have basic plan,
i paid this year charge by paypal about 10 day ago,but paypal blocked my account after charging and return my money
now i want to try another method for pay my charge.i want to use pay by chash but i have problem
my account in lplogin.com is suspended and in the pay bill page(in my cp) there is no record or item for select,i should select item or  record and then click button in bottom of page but there is nothing.that is empty
in other hand billing department answer me just one time and one post per day in business hour
i am losing my site and my prestige
what i should do?

This is not an issue we can take care of for you via the Lunarforums, and you need to speak directly with our billing support team about this issue via the help desk.  If you If it is an emergency, you can always call 1-877-586-2772 and ask for the billing team too, during normal office hours.

i now my friend
lunarforum is my last try because billing department dont answer me clearly and may be dont underestand me
they answer me just one time and one post in my tickets
i am lunar customer from 2years ago and i dont want change my server
i am not in america i am in iran and every e-bank blocked and will block my money
i have lot of member in my site that email me every day(from 4 day ago) they want my site be ok and online

Give me your ticket number here, and I can ask for somebody to review your situation.  As mentioned before though, the forums are are not the place to get billing issues taken care of.  However, if there are any communication issues, I'll make sure they cover them with you one on one via the help desk.
