My name is Roie , hosting in zelus , account name "laenyan4"

I had just found out that my account is suspended! Why is this so?

And what should I do to un-suspend it ?

Sorry to hear your having an issue. Theres nothing anyone can do to help you on the forum.

Your website access page actually tells you what you need to do.
Webmaster, please contact us by email at support@lunarpages.com or via Lunarpages Helpdesk at http://support.lunarpages.com.

They will need as much information as you can supply. including customer name, account name and I guess last 4 digits on the credit card the account was set up with ( for security reasons)

I found out that I need to repay for the hosting , but the bill is for 1 year although I would like it to be for 2 years (discount of 2$ per month) . how can I change it ? and how can I use cupons ?

I get no answer from the billing mail and I need my site to come back ASAP
I found out that when I order new hosting plan I can login . I had logged in and I was asked to fill in a subdomain name of my domain . I did so and filled all the details . If I'll pay this way, I will get a new empty account on LP , or my old site back ?

Web address was a bit of a giveaway really.
I used google to search for a cached version of your site 'pre message' and its pretty much all in Hebrew.
I also know ( thanks google) ......       הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים

Which I must admit is a little strange as i dont have a hovercraft   Confused
