Yep, very frustrating.  I'm in the same position except for me it is leda.  I have accounts on multiple Lunarpages hosts and leda is the only one I cannot access.  I have run trace routes from remote locations and they fail trying to access leda.  Sigh...

My isp is att and apparently are having "routing issues" with certain servers at LP . they are working on it but it is going into the second day... I have updates to do and clients to take care of.

All well and good that they are working on it, the problem is technical and they are looking for a technical solution. The solution to implement is to migrate customers away from the affected servers. not an easy task but they would have an ETA, That is the customer-centric solution
Otherwise we wait -- just not acceptable

If they had known it would take ATT this long, they might well have done that. My guess is that they thought it would be a lot quicker to fix.

I don't think the general public is allowed to post in the "Web Hosting News and Information at Lunarpages" category. It's an "outgoing" area only. If you have some comments, the Feedback board is open to you.

Back up after 6 days, had to open a support ticket with att and send that ticket number to LP after about 8 hours Back up.
att took me down the path it took a number of calls to get to level 2 support and a support ticket started.  I'm still unsure why it took this long

Looks like more AT&T issues.  Leda had AT&T routing issues for me last week.  Mantus has routing issues with AT&T today.  What's up with AT&T and Lunarpages?

I have been down all day on Asteroid server... Sent a support message at 4:43pm cst with the tracert info etc , and it is now 8:25PM CST, and they have not even given me the courtesy of telling me they got this message and they are working on it....
Been with Lunar Pages for over 10 years... never have had lack of feedback support like this...
My customers are not hitting our site, and I am not getting any email's in for our business!!!

Just called them, and the tech got me back on line... he said I was blocked due to too many login attempts, which I do not have any clue of what this was about!!

If you try to log in or otherwise connect to your site too many times in a short period, the system thinks it is under a "Denial of Service" attack and will block your IP address. When that happens, you have to open a support ticket to have them unblock the IP address (you need to know your IP address you're trying to connect from). Then you need to figure out what you were doing that would have tripped the breaker there.
