Hello,

I have been a long time customer of LP and have sent countless clients your way over the years.  I just set-up another client yesterday with web hosting and was surprised to see this new LPCP Server Management Portal in place of the Cpanel that I use for my own sites and other clients.

My new client is having a lot of problems with the only two mail clients you make available, Squirrel Mail or RoundCube.    They do not let her make user groups to send messages to, which she needs for their small school.  She needs to be able to send messages to students only or faculty only, and she has no way to group the emails in her address book.  What is she able to do in order to have a mail program that works better?  We used to have Horde, I don't remember if that capability was there.  They need a web-based client so that they can access mail wherever they may be.

Secondly, I saw that there is one Mailing List available with the basic hosting plan, but I have no idea where that is and/or how to access and set it up for her. 

Some of the tutorials you provide in the Knowledgebase are not updated to reflect this new control panel set-up.

Any guidance in using these features would be greatly appreciated so that I can pass it along to her.
