Hi, I want to make a temporary FTP user to give to developers of my site that I will delete later. But the CPanel FTP tool gives me this error:

Account Created
The ftp account wicweb with password <removed> was sucessfully created.

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed ftp accounts. at bin/ftpadmin.pl line 141.

Does this mean I can't create a new FTP client or is this a bug?

The Basic package only gives you one FTP account. You can add more I think, but someone else will have to tell you how and what the cost will be because I'm not sure.

Additional ftp accounts cost $1.95 per 5 per months. The standard plan comes with one ftp account included  "[Smile]"
