The new servers come with PHP 4.3.0 but the old servers still stick to 4.2.3. So when will the old servers be upgraded as well?

Actually it is 4.3.1

Almost all servers are upgraded, but some still have 4.2.3 like you say.

They should be upgraded over the next couple of weeks.
