Hi All

I thought I had finally figured out the throttle settings for my PHPlist mailer but there still seems to be an issue

("MAILQUEUE_BATCH_SIZE",250)
("MAILQUEUE_BATCH_PERIOD",3600)
('MAILQUEUE_THROTTLE',10)

This sends out 250 emails, but does it only once and I have to keep refreshing the page each hour to get it to send the next batch

Is there something else I need to change
