Do you have a page online, which lists all the possible bells & whistles and the corresponding prices? Maybe I'm blind or maybe I should have some sleep (it's 4:20 AM) but I can't find it...

I couldn't find anything either, so I went ahead and applied and lo and behold, I stumbled on it.

If you go through the application for a new hosting account, on page 3 of 4 it gives you a page titled "Account Upgrades" with pulldowns for 11 different upgrades.  Don't worry, you don't have to supply any credit card numbers yet (that's step 4).  It's too long to list here, but I'm sur you'll find it OK.

I did all the pulldowns and then printed the page, so now I have a reference for the future.

It would be nice if this was listed somewhere without going through the application.

If you go to Lunar's FAQ there is pricing information for the addons and upgrades.

Oh yeah, I think that I found that after I had printed out the application options.
